Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of services booked with Niva surgery. We are committed to providing clear, transparent, and fair service policies for all patients booking lab tests and home sample collection services.

This policy is effective from October 2026 and applies to all diagnostic tests, health packages, and other services booked through Niva surgery. We request all patients to review this policy before scheduling services.

At Niva surgery, we understand that plans may change. Our policy is designed to support patients while ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service standards.

Patients may cancel an appointment by contacting Niva surgery via phone or WhatsApp. Please share your name, test/package booked, appointment date, and contact details for quick processing.

A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled sample collection. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the service and logistics involved.

In the rare case we cancel an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, the patient will be notified immediately by call or WhatsApp.

Patients can opt for a full refund or reschedule the appointment at their convenience without additional charges.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI / cash / bank transfer). Public holidays and weekends may extend processing time.

Payments for tests may be collected at the time of booking or sample collection. We do not apply hidden charges.

No deductions apply unless clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Please retain payment receipts for reference.
